Receive hiring requirements from Hiring Managers and Stakeholders.
Coordinate with Hiring Managers to determine staffing needs and specific job requirements.
Create Demand Requests, Job Requisitions, and Job Postings using internal Capgemini systems.
Source candidates through online portals, employee referrals, internal job postings, vendors/suppliers, and Capgemini systems.
Monitor and track candidate application statuses.
Conduct recruitment interviews/phone screenings for all assigned positions.
Evaluate candidate profiles following recruitment interviews.
Recommend shortlisted candidates to hiring managers for further interviews.
Schedule interviews (telephonic, in-person, videoconference) with shortlisted candidates.
Finalize hiring manager recommendations post-interviews.
Prepare and obtain approvals for job offer documents, and extend job offers.
Maintain adherence to hiring salary guidelines.
Update and maintain recruitment metric reports.

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter.
Familiarity with social media, online job portals, vendor management, and professional networking.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Solid understanding of technology roles.
BS in Human Resources Management preferred, but not required.
