Description

  •  We are looking for someone to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and account management, with volume hiring experience and is used to handling 30-40 daily interviews.
  • Closing hires within full-cycle recruitment (end-to end recruitment process). This role will be responsible in meeting overall hiring nos. (weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annually) as required by the business.

Requirement

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven recruitment experience in BPO volume hiring 
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Amenable to work in Taguig (BGC or  Science HUb 2) | Full onsite
  • Mid shift - earliest time to start 11am - 8pm or 12nn - 9pm
