Description

  • Provide administrative support to optimize workflow processes

  • Perform tasks including data entry, document management, and preparation of reports.

Requirement

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.


Experience Level:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in scheduling and calendar management.
  • Excellent written communication skills.


Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Capable of performing data entry with high accuracy.
  • Solid time management abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively.
  • Experience in help desk support and customer service.
  • Proficiency in the English language.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Coordinating and managing daily schedules.
  • Handling correspondence and written communication
  • Maintaining databases and filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Assisting with time management by setting appointments and reminders.
  • Performing data analysis as required.
  • Providing support to help desk operations and resolving customer inquiries.
  • Supporting executives and teams as directed.


Working Conditions:

  • Remote work environment; must have a reliable internet connection.
  • Flexible hours, may require availability outside of standard business hours.
  • Use of personal computer and peripherals.
