  • Network and Security
  • Technical support
  • Configures and identifies hardware and software solutions
  • Resolves network issue and take care of all equipment for department supplies and materials.
  •  Development, front-end basics: To build a landing page, you will use a common development language and simple website building basics.
  • Junior network worker: office networking, Cisco, switches, AP, firewall configuration, VPN setup, firewall configuration, maintenance, etc.

Requirements

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • At least one year of working experience in tech support, desktop support or similar role. 
  • Excellent communication skills and logical thinking skills
  • Desktop operation and maintenance experience is required.
