The IT Technical Support is responsible for assisting in the installation, maintenance, and support of the organization's IT infrastructure components, including network devices, servers, storage systems, and other hardware. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, performing routine maintenance tasks, and providing technical assistance to end-users to ensure the reliability and performance of IT systems.

• Assisting in the installation, configuration, and deployment of network devices, servers, storage systems, and other IT infrastructure components.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, diagnosing problems, and implementing solutions to resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Performing routine maintenance tasks, including hardware upgrades, firmware updates, and system patches to ensure the security and stability of IT infrastructure.
• Providing technical support and assistance to end-users regarding IT-related issues, including desktop support, software installation, and system configurations.
• Monitoring system performance and capacity utilization, identifying performance bottlenecks, and implementing measures to optimize system performance.
• Collaborating with other IT team members to support IT projects and initiatives, including system migrations, upgrades, and deployments.
• Documenting IT infrastructure configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Responding to IT infrastructure-related incidents and service requests, escalating issues as necessary, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
• Assisting in the evaluation and testing of new hardware and software solutions to support IT infrastructure requirements and business needs.
• Participating in training and professional development activities to stay updated on IT technologies and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are beneficial.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT support or related roles, with hands-on experience in supporting IT infrastructure components.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and technologies, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VLANs.
• Familiarity with server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux) and server hardware components.
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Willing to work onsite in Marian Road 2, Marian Business Park, Barangay San Martin De Porres, Parañaque City and do fieldwork from time to time (NORTH AREA)
