Description

Job Summary: The HR Admin plays a key role in supporting the Human Resources department by ensuring smooth HR operations and providing administrative support across all HR functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and data protection laws.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate recruitment processes, from job posting and resume screening to scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires. Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience, including orientation and training coordination.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, assisting with conflict resolution, employee grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Implement and maintain HR policies in line with organizational strategy, ensuring compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Manage office operations and facilities to ensure a safe, well-organized, and efficient workplace.
  • Assist with HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance improvement efforts.
  • Support employees throughout their career stages, including onboarding, performance management, professional development, and offboarding
  • General Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team and other departments as needed.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-6 years of HR administrative experience, including substantial experience in a senior assistant role, with a solid understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Organizational and Administrative Skills: Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Effective communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills for interacting with employees at all levels.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software and databases is an advantage.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing HR needs and a willingness to take on new challenges as they arise.
