Description

  • Responsible in daily monitoring of all employees’ DTR. Checks employees’ incomplete DTR and notify respective Departments for employees who have no time in or out in biometric device.
  • Performs timekeeping functions for semi-monthly and weekly employees for payroll purposes.
  • Responsible for updating leave monitoring report of all employees.
  • Responsible for distribution of payslips of employees for weekly and semi-monthly.

Requirement

  • College graduate, preferably a degree in BS in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience in related field.
  • Computer literate and good in oral and written communication.
  • Can work independently, and a result-oriented.
  • Can work efficiently under pressure.
  • Interpersonal and social skills to represent the company and strengthen its image.
  • Mature, courteous and tactful.
  • Willing to work in Lawang Bato, Valenzuela City.
