Description

  • Provide leadership in employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Develop and oversee HR policies aligned with the company's strategic goals.
  • Implement tailored recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Agriculture & Fishing & Forestry sector.
  • Administer equitable compensation and benefits programs, fostering a rewarding work environment.

  • Maintain a safe work culture by enforcing pandemic-related and standard industry-specific safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievances
  • Administer compensation and benefits plans
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR best practices
  • Conduct performance and talent management processes

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.

Experience Level: At least 1 - 3 years of experience in human resources management, with a proven track record in HR operations and strategies.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Expertise in recruiting and talent acquisition strategies
  • Strong background in employee relations and employment law
  • Proficient with payroll systems and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competency in computer literacy and HR software
  • Knowledge of human resource planning and organizational development
  • Ability to manage compensation and benefits plans effectively


Working Conditions: Office setting with standard working hours, but may require additional hours for recruitment drives, employee meetings, and other HR-related tasks.
