Description

JOB PURPOSE

Assistant HR Manager ensures all human resources (HR) and administrative operations are carried on smoothly and effectively. Responsible for developing HR / Administrative strategies.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Oversee the HRA Procedures:

1. HRA-PO1: Induction, Training and Performance Appraisal

a. Set targets for employee training

2. HRA-PO2: Recruitment, Hiring and Selection

a. Manage the recruitment process

b. Guide Staffing plans & Compliance

c. Develop and implement hiring strategies with the recruitment team

d. Oversee recruitment budget

e. Set strategic priorities for hiring with the business owners and Executive Leaders

3. HRA-PO3: Memorandums/Termination & Resignation

a. Managing and improving Employee Relation

b. Creating Company Policies

4. HRA-PO4: Courier Services and Collections

  • Develop corporate plans / objectives for a variety of HR – Administrative matters
  • Devise strategies / techniques to support the HR / Admin functions of the company
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

JOB DIMENSIONS

Core Competencies:

  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills; In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR-Admin best practices

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

Proven working experience in same position for at least 7 years

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Management, Human Resource, or equivalent with diploma

License

  • N/A

Training/ Seminars:

  • Human Resource Best Practices trainings or seminars related to Human Resources Courses and Administrative / Facilities Management Services / Labor Laws.
