Description

  • Lead and direct HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Develop HR policies in line with current legislation and company objectives.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to senior executives, ensuring alignment of HR strategy with business goals.
  • Facilitate and nurture a positive work environment that retains and attracts top talent.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements

Education:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


Experience Level:

- Have 1-3 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.


Skills and Competencies:

- Strong background in employee relations.

- Proficient in HRIS and other related computer applications.

- Excellent presentation and coaching skills.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication.

- Computer literate with a grasp on Office Suites and HR software.

- Financially literate to manage HR budgets and compensation.

- Highly attentive to detail.


Responsibilities and Duties:

- Manage everyday operations of the HR department.

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.

- Lead recruitment efforts and conduct employee onboarding.

- Administer benefits, payroll, and handle employee grievances.

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.


Working Conditions:

- Work in an office setting, with potential for remote work arrangements.

- Full-time position, with the occasional need for overtime during peak periods.
