Description :

  • Assist with managing the recruitment and selection process and delegating tasks to the responsible HR employee. Assist with managing the training and development programmes across the business and delegating tasks to responsible HR employee.

Requirements :

  • 5 to 10 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • An Assistant Manager in Human Resources should possess strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • They must be team players, organized, adaptable, maintain confidentiality, foster positive employee relations, and stay updated on HR practices.
