Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Source potential candidates using platforms like Bossjob and through social media postings.
Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (Excel).
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on Bossjob and social media platforms, and monitor their performance.
Support employer branding initiatives by creating content for social media and career pages.
Communicate with candidates to provide updates and collect feedback.
Participate in recruitment-related meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Prepare and assist in generating recruitment analytics and reports.
Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job advertisements on career pages and manage incoming resumes.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment and HR processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with LinkedIn and job boards (e.g., Bossjob, Indeed, Naukri, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
