Description

  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Source potential candidates using platforms like Bossjob and through social media postings.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (Excel).
  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on Bossjob and social media platforms, and monitor their performance.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by creating content for social media and career pages.
  • Communicate with candidates to provide updates and collect feedback.
  • Participate in recruitment-related meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
  • Prepare and assist in generating recruitment analytics and reports.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job advertisements on career pages and manage incoming resumes.

Requirement

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and HR processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and job boards (e.g., Bossjob, Indeed, Naukri, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
