• Organize and maintain employee files and HR documents, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
• Assist in the filing of recruitment documents, performance evaluations, and other HR-related paperwork.
• Input employee information and updates into HR databases and systems accurately.
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy access to information.
• Assist in the preparation and issuance of employee identification cards..
• Assist with general administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and managing office supplies.
• Ensure all employee information is handled confidentially and in compliance with data protection regulations.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned from time to time.

Allowance: This internship position offers a monthly allowance to help cover transportation and other work-related expenses.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Residing near South Caloocan City.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday
