Description

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and employment regulations is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Willingness to learn and assist in various HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee file management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 300 hours of OJT.
  • Must be willing to work in Makati onsite.
  • Someone who can start in early January 2025.
