Description

  • HR intern shall do the sourcing of applicants as assigned by the HR Officers. This shall includes monitoring of existing job posting platforms of Prime Meridian, sorting of resume and set schedule for interview;
  • Handle and monitor all inquiries, emails and resume of applicants received; Send applicable forms and/or exam to qualified applicants. See to it that all forms and/or exam are duly accomplished prior endorsement to HR Officers for checking;
  • Update job posting advertisement/s;
  • Update recruitment monitoring report from time to time;

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required, but any relevant experience or internships are a plus.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, basic understanding of HR functions, and strong organizational abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, Monday to Friday, may require additional hours during peak recruitment periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: A proactive self-starter, detail-oriented, with a keen interest in HR practices and a strong ethical mindset.
