Job Type: OJT/ Internship

Pay: 200 per day

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist in the recruitment process (Sourcing of Applicants).
• Securing 201 files 
• Assist in the Compensation and Benefits process
• Participating in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative work
• All other assigned tasks related to the job

• College Student of BS/AB Psychology, BSBA Human Resource Development Management
• Must be amenable to render at least 300hrs
• Willing to work onsite in Makati
• Someone with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• A clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal.
