Timekeeping and Payout

• You will verify the total required hours worked, extended hours, and other timekeeping-related information
• Prepare payroll summary and endorse to the client for approval
• Submit the approved payroll summary for processing
• Distributes check payout and pay slips within 24 hours from the payout date

People Supervision

• Identifies, attends, and resolves members’ issues and concerns

Reportorial Requirements

• Gathers and submits data such as absenteeism, tardiness, turnover, profitability, safety practices, fulfillment reports, and member-related data
• Receives billing documents from processors and submits them to key people

• Bachelor's Degree in any course
• Has a Supervisory Experience
• Computer Literate
• Knowledgeable in TIMEKEEPING
• Have a strong personality
• Professional demeanor and attitude.
• Willing to work in a multi-task environment.
• Preferably residing in Tanza, Gentri, or Rosario Cavite
