Description

  1. Handles recruitment and placement of applicants for hiring from sourcing, interviewing, testing, and deploying applicants to their respective departments.
  2. Processes documents/applications necessary for the availment of benefits like SSS, Philhealth, PAG – IBIG,  and other benefits and coordinates with such agencies.
  3. Handles application and processing of government requirements ( PAG-IBIG, Tax Identification Number, SSS Number, and PAG-IBIG No.) of newly hired employees and employees requiring such.
  4. Conducts orientation to newly hired employees regarding company rules and regulations.
  5. Handles the evaluation, review and checking the proper implementation and application of disciplinary actions issued to employees.
  6. Handles the maintenance of disciplinary action records of all employees.
  7. Provides support to training activities and audit activities.
  8. Performs other tasks and provides support to the Manager as required and necessary

Requirement

  1. With experience in related field
  2. Requires at least a minimum of a bachelor's degree.
  3. Must be able to operate the computer and use basic computer software.
  4. Knowledge of basic computer operations.
  5. Requires the ability to plan, to lead a group, and must have good communication skills.
