• Develop and implement training programs to boost workforce competencies.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify organizational needs and improve effectiveness.
• Foster employee engagement through strategic initiatives.
• Analyze performance metrics to drive development strategies.
• Support change management efforts during project transitions.

Work Schedule : 10 hours duty

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Experience Level: 5-10 years of experience in HR and organizational development.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, HRIS, employee relations, payroll, talent management, and compensation & benefits.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee talent acquisition, develop training programs, enhance performance management, and support leadership development initiatives.
• Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote work; may require travel for campus recruitment and training sessions.
