Description

MAJOR FUNCTIONS

  • Employee Relations
  • Monitor Incident reports and draft notice to explain.
  • Assist in the internal investigation, issuance of notices, warning, and implement disciplinary action.
  • Coordinate with Department heads and erring employees in resolution of disciplinary issues and result of investigation of Human Resource.
  • Maintain records of offense of employees.
  • Provide status of received incident reports monthly.
  • Onboarding
  • Collate pre-employment requirements of onboarding employees.
  • Creates online contract and enroll the onboarding employee in HRIS and JC connect.
  • Conduct company orientation.
  • Ensure that contracts and other documents related to employment are signed and understood.
  • Update the lists of active employees.
  • Performance Management
  • Prepare and distribute performance appraisal form to respective department heads monthly.
  • Ensure and strictly monitor that performance of employees is reviewed and evaluated on a timely manner.
  • Offboarding
  • Update the lists of resigned employees.
  • Conduct exit interview.
  • Records Management
  • Ensure and maintain the completeness of physical and electronic employee records (201 File) from pre-employment requirements to updating of personal information, employment movement, disciplinary action, etc.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
  • Facilitate the clearance process for the resigned employee.
  • Provide attrition and exit interview reports monthly.

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft (MS Word, Excel, PPT.) Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, and procedures.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate to all levels of an organization both written and oral.
  • Has the ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resource work.
  • Must have knowledge in handling employee grievances and conflict resolution.
  • In depth knowledge in labor laws.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience and exposure in Philippine labor laws.
