Description

  1. Validates PRF from requesting department and submit to General Manager for final approval before posting.
  2. Post and source candidates from different job portals
  3. Conduct pre-qualifying interviews for managerial/supervisory positions.
  4. May conduct background checks as needed.
  5. Present a shortlist of candidates to the GM for final deliberation
  6. Tracks and monitors recruitment status monthly
  7. Conduct on-boarding orientation of the company
  8. Facilitates contract signing and introduction of new employees
  9. Checks and monitors the manpower status of the company
  10. Responsible for serving memos, suspension
  11. Facilitates settlement of Incident Reports
  12. Conduct employee counseling
  13. Monitor employees’ leave of absence and entitlement.
  14. Facilitate any other employee-related concern
  15. Conducts training needs analysis
  16. Prepares training module for implementation
  17. Conduct training for employees
  18. Facilitates training evaluation and summary for improvement
  19. Responsible for providing adequate assistance to company’s property custodian in making sure that all company assets are monitored and tracked properly.
  20. Conducts validation and checking of asset inventory done by property custodian and admin support staff
  21. Make sure that all company asset has proper tagging and monitoring
  22. Takes the initiative for requests for supplies and stocks of items/units necessary for the operations
  23. Provides adequate support and monitoring of staff – property custodian, admin support, quality control
  24. Monitors team performance and manages improvements
  25. Conducts strategic planning and implementations to improve team and department performance
  26. Do other Admin-related activities that will be assigned from time to time

Requirements

  1. Psych or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  2. At least 2-5 years experienced3Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  3. With excellent analytical skills/people management skills
  4. Team player with interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Excellent in microsoft word
