• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner, ensuring the quality and presentation meet company standards.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and answer questions regarding ingredients and preparation methods.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and setting up for the next guests.
• Assist in ensuring that guests’ needs are met throughout the dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Process payments and make change accurately, using a point-of-sale system.
• Maintain knowledge of daily specials, promotions, and menu changes.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.

• Prior experience in food service or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry trays or food items as needed.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as a food server or in a related field is an advantage.
