The Executive Assistant’s duties include schedule management and other administrative tasks such as preparing notes for meetings, organizing calendars and liaising with other executives. In addition, the position includes coordinating projects, tracking project deliverables, managing email and be able to work with the executive for priority tasks.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should be well-organized, have good time management, be able act with minimal supervision, a good communicator and possess a good understanding of business workflow.
The ultimate goal of this position is to help our executive become more efficient and organized in dealing with a variety of tasks that he manages on a daily basis.
