Description
- Maintain positive relationships between staff and management at SUMEC Complete Equipment & Engineering Co., Ltd., a leading company in the Construction & Engineering industry.
- Resolve workplace conflicts, handle grievance procedures, and enhance job satisfaction.
- Assist with adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Facilitate and promote communication throughout the construction business departments.
- Implement strategies for employee engagement and retention within the Philippines branch.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Experience Level: Minimum 3 years of experience in Employee Relations or a similar HR role
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills; thorough knowledge of employment law
- Responsibilities and Duties: Addressing employee grievances, conducting investigations, developing retention strategies, and advising on HR policies
- Working Conditions: Office setting, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime for pressing issues
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, fair, approachable, with high ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality
