Description

Chronos Construction Corp. is a leader in the Construction & Engineering industry, dedicated to fostering a collaborative work environment. We are seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to enhance employee engagement and resolve workplace concerns.

  • Facilitate communication between employees and management.
  • Address conflict resolution and workplace issues.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Conduct training on employee relations best practices.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in Employee Relations or HR roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation and Benefits; strong written and verbal communication skills. With experience as HR in Construction Industry.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage employee relations, address grievances, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
