Description

  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies
  • Address and resolve workplace conflicts
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Facilitate training sessions on conflict resolution and communication
  • Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a Diploma degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in employee relations or HR-related roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership development, people management, retention strategies, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Address employee concerns, foster positive relationships, and support retention initiatives.
