Description

             Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.

             Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.

             Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.

             Advise on company information.

             Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.

             Answer questions about inquiries and concerns of the clients.

             Act as the company gatekeeper.

             Suggest solutions when a product malfunction.

             Inform customer of the rates and details need for a specific test.

             Upsell products and services,

             Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.

             Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

  •   Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required in any field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or call centre roles. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Outstanding customer service and people skills, strong work ethic, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and proficient in scheduling and multitasking within a call centre environment.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Address customer inquiries and concerns, provide information about products and services, handle and resolve complaints, maintain customer satisfaction and support customer retention.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced call centre setting, requiring long periods of sitting and use of computers and headsets. Must be able to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, resilience to stress, adaptability, and a positive attitude are essential.
