• Interact with customers via phone, email, or social media to resolve inquiries and issues.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

• At least 1-year relevant Experience (Healthcare account is an advantage)
• Shifting schedule (including weekends) and may work during holidays.
• Must be proficient in English.
• At least High School (old curriculum) graduate | SHS Graduate | Associate or Vocational Graduate | College Graduate.
• Can start ASAP.
• Amenable to work onsite (Taguig)
