Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students with internships in HR are welcome.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits management, effective Written Communication, and Presentation abilities. Proficiency in computer applications is essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in developing compensation structures, benefit programs, and maintain employee records.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
