Description

The holder of this role will assist manage all Human Capital & Corporate Engagement (HCCE) & Employee Retention activities of the sites – Cebu & Davao. The role also demands ensuring all HCCE activities and performance standards are carried out as planned within the agreed time with no short fall in Turnaround-Time (TAT) thereby ensuring the highest levels of employee engagement and employee satisfaction in the process.

Requirement

Support all external hiring requirements – from Sourcing Candidates to Onboarding New Hire(s) & monitor the replacement of job vacancies.

• Plan & execute Employee Engagement/Activities aligned with overall HCCE plans & budget.

• Assist in preparing HR reports for the Management.

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting stakeholder relationships by understanding their needs.

• Drive & Assist Company Activities.

• Other assigned duties as required.
