Description


To join our team in the Philippines, we are looking for a highly qualified HRIS Lead. In order to assist the HR responsibilities of the company, you will have the responsibility of supervising the deployment, upkeep, and optimization of our HRIS (Human Resources Information System) as the HRIS Lead. In order to make sure the HRIS satisfies the requirements of the company and enhances the general efficacy and efficiency of HR procedures, you will work closely with HR specialists, IT teams, and stakeholders.


Role and Responsibilities

  • With experience in Darwinbox
  • Oversee the HRIS platform's configuration and deployment, making sure it complies with organizational needs and objectives. 
  • Act as the main point of contact for questions, concerns, and escalations pertaining to HRIS, offering users prompt assistance and resolution. 
  • Create and manage HRIS policies, processes, and records while making sure that they adhere to best practices and legal requirements. 
  • Work together with the HR and IT departments to find ways to streamline workflows and improve user experience by automating and improving processes inside the HRIS. 
  • To guarantee accuracy, completeness, and data integrity, conduct routine audits of HRIS data and take necessary remedial action. 
  • Give HR employees and end users guidance and assistance regarding HRIS capabilities, functionalities, and best practices. 
  • Remain up to date on new developments in HRIS trends and technology and offer suggestions for improvements or upgrades to the system. 
  • Take the lead on or take part in HRIS-related projects from planning through implementation, such as system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations. 
  • In order to handle vendor relationships, fix technical issues, and coordinate system changes, serve as a liaison between HR, IT, and outside vendors. 
  • Track usage and performance data for the HRIS and provide reports and analysis to help with decision-making and increase the efficacy of the system.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial /organizational psychology, Behavioral Science, Bachelor of Laws, Business Management, Organizational Development or Equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration handling HRIS Systems supporting HRIS applications that manages functions such as Human Resources, Pension, Benefits, Payroll or Time and Attendance
  • Two years' experience in testing of new/modified computer program enhancements by creating test data, analyzing the systems actions and determining critical system
  • Leadership and industry certifications will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of analyzing and evaluating HRIS applications to ensure compliance with state and federal laws, rules regulations, policies and procedures and making recommendations to management based on findings.
  • Knowledge of information systems project management which includes planning, scheduling, staffing, coordinating, controlling, monitoring, evaluating and reporting on status of information systems projects.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with all employees.

Visit or WALK-IN from 12nn to 5pm Mondays - Fridays.
