Description
- Supervise the HR Department staff
- Plan, direct and organize HR staff's tasks to ensure that expected deliverables are completed on time
- Assist the staff in resolving issues and concerns
- Oversee payroll and timekeeping procedures
- Manage and handle employee benefits (e.g. Insurance, HMO)
- Conduct orientation on newly hired
- Perform other tasks assigned
Requirements
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or Human Resource
- Working experience as HR Generalist
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
- Organized and keen on details
