Description

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational performance and culture within Prince Retail Group, a leader in the Shopping & Retail sector.
  • Analyze, design, and manage programs targeted at building team capabilities and improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align organizational development initiatives with business objectives.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives and foster leadership development.
  • Lead talent management, succession planning, and performance assessment frameworks.
  • Promote continuous learning and innovation to advance employee skill sets relevant to the retail industry.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Experience Level: At least 3-5 years of experience in Organizational Development or related area.
  • Skills and Competencies: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven people management and coaching abilities.
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in employee retention strategies.
  • Experience with training and development programs.
  • Strong foundation in organizational development practices.
  • Effective stakeholder management abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and implement organizational development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead change management initiatives to improve efficiency and culture.

  • Facilitate training and development opportunities for staff.
