Kape101MNL Coffee Shop is a vibrant establishment in the Food & Beverages industry, dedicated to providing high-quality coffee and a delightful experience for our customers. We are seeking a passionate Barista who will play a key role in our team.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and snacks.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the cafe experience.
  • Manage cash transactions and maintain inventory levels.
  • Stay updated on coffee trends and product knowledge.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; coffee-related certifications are a plus.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong coffee knowledge, excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare coffee beverages, maintain cleanliness, and assist customers.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; may involve standing for long periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, adaptable, attentive to detail, and passionate about coffee.
