Description
- Always be punctual
- Greet customers upon their arrival
- Provide customers with drink menus and address their inquiries about ingredients
- Prepare beverages according to specified recipes
- Serve beverages and prepared food items, such as cookies, pastries, and cakes
- Accept and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the shop, including staff areas and restrooms
- Conduct inventory checks
- Ensure brewing equipment is functioning properly and report any maintenance requirements
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Relay customer feedback to management and suggest new menu items
Requirement
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista (latte art required)
- Practical experience with brewing equipment and recipes
- Understanding of sanitation regulations
- Aptitude for discerning customers' preferences
- Outstanding communication skills
- Relevant training is advantageous
