Description
- Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner, reflecting the company culture of Making Fine Group.
- Prepare high-quality coffee and other beverages adhering to company recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with health and safety standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment, troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Process orders and payments, demonstrating knowledge of the menu and industry trends.
- Contribute to team efforts, providing support during peak hours in our fast-paced Food & Beverages environment.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess at least a Diploma degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience Level: Seeking individuals with less than 1 year of experience, but with a passion for the coffee industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Must have strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages, maintain clean work areas, and deliver friendly customer service.
- Working Conditions: The role requires long periods of standing and may involve early mornings, nights, and weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: An ideal candidate is energetic, attentive, and able to work efficiently in a team setting.
