Description

  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process and verify invoices, payments, and collections in a timely manner. Reconcile discrepancies and ensure accurate records for accounts payable and receivable.
  • General Ledger Management: Maintain and update the general ledger by recording daily transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing monthly journal entries.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and summaries for management review. Ensure accuracy and adherence to reporting standards.
  • Reconciliation: Perform regular bank, account, and credit card reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial records and identify discrepancies.
  • Expense Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and record company expenses, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines and reporting variances.
  • Support Month-End and Year-End Close: Assist in the month-end and year-end closing process by preparing reports, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain organized and detailed financial documentation.
  • Assist with Audits: Provide support for internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and answering audit inquiries.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • With CPA is preferrable
  • Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
  • Good communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
