Account Payables Specialist

Description
- Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly
- posted.
- Understand compliance issues around accounts payable processes, expense accounts and cost centers.
- Compilation of documentation related to released payments to suppliers/employees/govt agencies
- Assist in month-end closing activities thru preparation of accruals of recurring expenses.
- Assist in Interim and Year end Audit.
- Other tasks assigned from time to time.
Requirement
- Strong math, typing and computer skills especially with bookkeeping software and advanced excel skills
- 1-2 years experience as an Accounting Associate
- Bachelor's/College Degree - BS Accountancy is preferred
- Experience in Real Estate is an advantage
- Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City
