Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements
• Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely bank payments
• Coordinate with other department for tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations
• Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
• Stay updated with financial policies, regulation, and legislation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
