The Accountant will perform a variety of general accounting support tasks in an accounting department including:

• Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
• Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable). Enters data into computer system using defined computer programs.
• Compile data and prepare a variety of reports (BIR Returns/Alphalist, Accounts Ledger, A/R, A/P).
• Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers.
• Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies.

Career Path: Opportunities to learn and have actual work experience in the Company's varied processes and the different aspects/functions of accounting work learned in school, including promotion to Audit functions and Managemet Accounting, once qualified.

• A graduate of BS Accountancy, CPA preferred.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Accounting software.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics AX Accounting System is an advantage.
• Responsible, willing to learn and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Applicant must be willing to work in Makati City.
• Full-Time position available. Direct Hire.
