説明
- Assist in acquiring new accounts and expanding our presence in the hospitality sector
- Support senior sales executives in developing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients
- Learn and implement sales techniques to meet monthly sales targets
- Accompany senior sales executives in closing accounts when necessary
- Utilize tracking tools to monitor sales performance and ensure proper account management
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, escalating complex issues as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for growth
- Participate in sales events, meetings, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
- Contribute to social media marketing efforts to promote company products and generate leads
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports to track sales activities and performance metrics.
要件
- Candidates should have a strong sales background, with at least 2-3 years of experience in the Food Service Sector
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality industry is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a desire to succeed in a competitive environment
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market dynamics
- Availability to travel and attend meetings or events as required
- Passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering exceptional service
