要件

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent; Senior High School degree preferred.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level position, less than 1 year of experience required, training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Exceptional customer service skills, proficiency in a call center environment, strong work ethic, excellent people and interpersonal skills, and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries and complaints, provide product/services information, resolve any emerging problems, achieve customer satisfaction, and maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, must be willing to work in shifts, with extended hours as needed, and be able to manage stress.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic and patient personality, strong communication skills, ability to work as part of a team, adaptability to various customer situations, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
