As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you'll be at the heart of a company's marketing strategy, managing relationships, analyzing data, and driving revenue. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, articulate, and organized, and have a strong understanding of the B2B landscape and proven experience in driving results in an e-commerce environment.

This is a hybrid role based in Pasig City, with US working hours (8PM to 5AM PHT).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and execute affiliate marketing strategies that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for clients
• Lead cross-functional workstreams to build campaign activation plans, use project planning tools to set goals and milestones, and forecast programs to ensure business objective achievement
• Provide weekly & monthly reports and analysis to internal teams and stakeholders, highlighting project progress, performance, key findings, and optimization recommendations
• Manage the delivery of communications to affiliates including emails & newsletters, as well as communications to relevant internal teams
• Provide operational support in reviewing and processing partner applications
• Engage proactively in team meetings, contributing ideas to collaborative discussions
• Facilitate communications between internal team members to resolve bottlenecks and drive forward momentum

• 4+ years general marketing experience (B2B experience preferred) with at least 1 year of experience in Affiliate/Referral Marketing
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• A broad understanding of B2B full-funnel demand generation marketing principles, as well as concepts related to affiliate marketing campaigns, partnership agreements, and performance analysis
• Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth
• Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Detail oriented & process driven while also being able to think creatively to solve problems
• Self-motivated & able to work independently while being a team player
• Amenable to work following the US Shift (8PM - 5AM PHT) on a hybrid set-up in Pasig City
• Has a stable internet connection of at least 25 mbps
