We are seeking a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including promotions or special dishes.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring orders are correct and presented neatly.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or requests promptly.
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Clear tables, clean the dining area, and reset tables for the next customers.
• Process payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system and issue receipts.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, such as inventory checks, restocking supplies, and tidying up the dining area.

• At least a high school graduate or Senior High School graduate.
• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in the hospitality industry is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Basic math skills for order processing and billing.
• A positive attitude, teamwork skills, and willingness to learn.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages.
• Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• The role involves interaction with customers and may require flexibility to accommodate business needs.
