We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Time Keeper to join our team. This position is crucial for maintaining accurate timekeeping records for warehouse inventories and payroll clerks. The ideal candidate will ensure that all time and attendance data is recorded accurately and efficiently, contributing to seamless warehouse operations and payroll processing. The Time Keeper will be assigned to our NCR and Calabarzon site areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and record employee hours, including regular, overtime, and absences.
• Maintain and input timekeeping records into the payroll system, ensuring all information is up- to-date and error free.
• Generate reports on attendance and hours worked.
• Collaborate with warehouse in charge or supervisors and payroll clerks to resolve any discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in checking and conducting inventory kn the warehouse, ensuring accurate stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain organized records of attendance and timekeeping data.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; additional certification in payroll or timekeeping is a plus.
• Proven experience in timekeeping, payroll processing, or administrative roles, preferably in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management processes and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications; experience with timekeeping and payroll software is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to timekeeping is an advantage.
