Requirements

  • Skills and Competencies: Exceptional customer service skills, a strong work ethic, excellent people skills, robust organizational abilities, proficiency in call centre operations, and adeptness in scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: To oversee and guide customer service teams, manage call centre operations, ensure customer satisfaction, handle escalations, create shift schedules, and report on team performance.
  • Working Conditions: Full-time position that may require weekend or evening hours, work in a fast-paced environment, and potentially manage remote or on-site teams.
