  • Welcome and engage with clients, addressing their queries and offering solutions in a timely manner.
  • Document customer feedback and relay it to the relevant departments to aid in recruitment services enhancement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the recruitment industry and job market trends.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve excellent customer service standards and contribute to the company's success.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a High/Senior High School degree.
  • Experience Level: No previous experience required.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in the English language, exceptional customer service expertise, adept at scheduling, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience in a call centre environment is a plus.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Answer customer inquiries, provide information to customers, resolve issues, maintain customer satisfaction, and manage customer accounts effectively.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, may require working in shifts, potential for full-time or part-time hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patient and empathetic, clear communication skills, able to work under pressure, detail-oriented, and a team player.
