• Responsible for preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with local and national regulations at every step of the filling process.
• Maintain thorough tax records, and on time payments.
• Capable of doing Accounting-related tasks such as ensuring accurate and on time preparation of Intercompany billing, validation of Petty Cash Fund replenishment and assistance during month-end closing activities.
• Monthly and quarterly tax filling and payment, and submission of its related attachments
• Annual filing of BIR returns and listings/schedules
• Substantiation of input VAT claims and expenses
• Assistance during BIR Audit compilation of documents special request

• Bachelor's/College Degree - BS Accountancy is preferred
• With at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledgeable in Real Estate Taxation is a plus
• With excellent verbal & written communications skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
• Willing to work onsite (BGC, Taguig)
