Description

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process.
  • Reviewing financial data for accuracy.
  • Verifying that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger.
  • Filing and submitting government and tax forms.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in Bookkeeping and filing of Government  reportorial requirements.
  • Has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
  • Experience with accounting software is preferred.
  • Able to prepare, review and understand a financial statement.
  • With advanced knowledge in MS Excel.
