- Prepare accurate tax filings and ensure compliance with regulations for Esclusivo Inc.
- Analyze financial statements, identify tax-saving opportunities and advise on tax strategies
- Maintain understanding of current tax laws and advise on any changes affecting the industry
- Collaborate with accounting teams to streamline tax processes and improve reporting procedures
- Provide assistance during tax audits and respond to inquiries from government agencies
Requirement
- Job Title: Tax Specialist
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in tax planning and compliance.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in tax planning, tax inspection, financial and tax audits, knowledge of tax laws, adept at financial statement audits, accounting methods, and tax administration.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct tax planning and compliance activities, manage financial audit processes, ensure adherence to tax laws, and implement internal control audits.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with potential for tight deadlines during tax season; requires strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, strong communication skills, ethical integrity, and a continuous learner to keep up-to-date with changing tax legislation.
